Introductory call
We start with a no-obligation video call of about 30 minutes. I listen to your goals, ask the right questions and analyze your current situation. After this call you already have concrete insights — regardless of whether we continue working together.
Tailored proposal
Based on our conversation I put together a clear plan with a defined scope, expected results and transparent pricing. No fine print or surprises. You know exactly what you get.
Execution & optimization
Hands-on to work. Depending on the project we have weekly or monthly check-ins. You have real-time insight via a dashboard and I proactively flag opportunities I spot along the way.
Reporting & growth
Periodic reporting with results, learnings and recommendations for the next step. The goal is continuous improvement — every insight builds on the previous one for compounding returns.

How does communication work?
I am always reachable by email and respond within 1-2 business days. By phone I am available in between or by appointment. For in-depth discussions I prefer to schedule a video call so I can prepare and follow up properly.
I communicate at the client's knowledge level — no jargon, just straightforward and to the point.
What about contracts and cancellation?
I work without long-term contracts. The collaboration can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice.
My added value and results are the reason to work together. The moment that is no longer clear, you are not bound.
How is reporting done?
I believe in transparency and report in a way that makes impact and results as clear as possible. This can be ad-hoc or at fixed intervals.
On request I can also provide real-time dashboards (Looker Studio) so you have 24/7 insight into results. All agreements and deliverables are communicated in writing.
How does invoicing work?
Invoices are sent after delivery of deliverables. Monthly project hours are invoiced at the start of each month with a standard payment term of 30 days.
If needed, a longer payment term of 60 or 90 days is possible.
Can you work with my developers?
Yes, absolutely. For clients with in-house developers I collaborate directly with the team to manage backlog and implementation.
Don't have developer capacity? I can handle the technical side myself for WordPress/WooCommerce or other CMS platforms, or recommend suitable developers.
What languages do you work in?
I work in both Dutch and English. I collaborate seamlessly with developers, external agencies and international stakeholders.
